“…you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.”

Love INC - Big Woods
The church doorstep is a common destination for those in need. But most churches alone cannot fully meet the needs of every homeless family, unemployed father, single mom, hungry child or senior citizen.
Love INC enables churches in a community to coordinate their resources and services, so people in need are not turned away. This is a great opportunity for churches to come together to transform lives and communities in the Name of Christ!
Timber Bay
Through a blending of large group times, small group activities, service projects, one-on-one mentoring, retreats and camping, Timber Bay gives youth many opportunities to connect with positive adults in a supportive, encouraging atmosphere. Using the Bible as our foundation, we seek to address the many difficult issues that our youth face and search with them for applicable solutions.
In Our State
The Reel Hope Project
In Minnesota, there are 1,000 kids awaiting adoption into a forever family. The Reel Hope Project works with counties and adoption agencies to mobilize the faith community to bring foster kids into forever families. Their goal is to make a video for every child in Minnesota who is waiting to be adopted. They travel across the state of Minnesota to meet kids and capture their stories, treat each child to a fun activity that matches their interests, and create a compelling video that celebrates the qualities that make them unique. The Reel Hope Project shares about Minnesota’s waiting kids at events and faith communities each week, while social workers use reels to introduce amazing kids to potential adoptive families.

Uganda, Africa
Joshua and Whitney Smith serve with International Messengers in Uganda, Africa. One of the biggest challenges in Uganda is false teachings and people taking the Gospel of our Lord Jesus and adjusting it for financial gain. Jesus has changed our lives from the inside out, and we want to pass this amazing gift of salvation and discipleship on to others. God has given us three ways to disciple people and get the truth in the Word of God out into the darkness in Uganda.
We teach adult Bible classes one year long, covering essentials for Bible study, how to shepherd others in the Word of God, and other programs such as conferences and sexual purity training. The second way is through a children’s ministry at the Village of Hope, in which we are currently caring for 56 parentless South Sudanese children from the refugee camps. As the children have grown and are reaching the next level, the Lord is guiding us on a new mission to open up a Christian High School in Uganda. Thank you to the body of Christ at St. John’s for prayerfully and financially partnering with us to impact the Kingdom here in Uganda.
