Opportunities to Connect & Serve
You have a PURPOSE and a PLACE here in the body of Christ at St. John's!
Greeters
Greeters are our front-line ministers! That smile and good morning set the tone for someone’s experience at St. John’s whether they are a new visitor or a long-time attender. Be a part of making someone smile and feel welcome at St. John’s. Sign up to be a greeter today!!! (Sign up with the form below.)
Coffee Fellowship
During the few minutes after service, with coffee and treat in hand, we meet new people, check in with church family, chat about the message we’ve just heard, and strengthen our connections. What a blessing!
Would you like to help make this happen? We need volunteers to come a little early to make coffee, people to BAKE or pick up treats to serve, and others willing to stay a few minutes after Bible class to help clean it all up. Sign up on the clipboard in the Fellowship Hall. Questions? Chat with Tonya Russell, Katherine Clark, or anyone on the Fellowship Team.
Fellowship Team
The Fellowship Team is buzzing under the leadership of Tonya Russell. Coffee fellowship, monthly pizza lunch, seasonal activities like the Thanksgiving lunch & pie bake-off, progressive dinner, Twins game, and MUCH MORE are all things the team organizes. Join the fun! Contact Tonya or the church office.
Nursery Attendant
Serve the youngest of the St. John’s Family in the nursery during Bible class and the 10:30am service.
All volunteers who work with children at St. John’s undergo a background check. If you’d like to work with our precious little ones, talk with Children & Family Director, Kelly Thole.
