The group meets twice a month – 2nd/4th Tuesdays at 6pm in Room 208. You can park and enter through door 3 from the back parking lot.

*NOTE: This is NOT group counseling.  The group is facilitated by a Mental Health Coach who helps people manage their mental health and move towards and maintain wellbeing.  The group should not replace counseling or therapy but be seen as a support to fill in gaps.
